Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping location.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. PNW Vibes Market is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PNW Vibes Market is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
